The 9th Judgment, James Patterson, et al. (2009)

The 9th Judgment (Women's Murder Club, #9)The 9th Judgment by James Patterson
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

"The 9th Judgment" is the ninth installment of James Patterson's "Women's Murder Club" series.

If you are one of the five people who haven't read one of these books, the Women's Murder Club is made up of Cindy (a reporter), Yuki (an ADA), Claire (a coroner), and Sgt Lindsay Boxer, SFPD. The formula is as follows: Lindsay gets a frustrating case. Cindy covers the story, and helps get information. Yuki does something lawyery. And Claire finds clues from the dead bodies and crime scenes.

If you like the Women's Murder Club series, you will really enjoy this book. I found the first installment to be interesting. The sequels...they're fast reads, and they don't suck. Not a lot of suspense, but enjoyable. If you're a fan, by all means feast away. However, if you're looking for Sherlock Holmes or Hercule Poirot, look elsewhere.

Neptune is my favorite planet–it vents methane into the solar system like my brother does. I think Chicken McNuggets look like Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Indiana. There are times when I’m medicated, which is why I wrote about McNuggets. Buy some today and tell me I’m wrong! Anyway, Beyond that: mammal, Floridian, biped.Good Night, and Good Luck. Besos, tom
